Please note: Our 500g and 1 kg sizes are hand-poured to order and may require 3–4 days for preparation before dispatch. This ensures the finest quality and freshness for your melts.

  • When using a wax warmer or burner, it’s important to select one that suits your needs. Ensure that the warmer is placed on a stable surface, away from flammable materials, and out of reach of children and pets.
  • If you use a tea light warmer, begin by lighting the candle. Then, add one or two wax melts to the dish or well of the warmer. It is crucial to remember that you should never add water or any other liquid to the warmer. For electric warmers, plug the unit in, turn it on, or place the dish over the lit tea light.
  • As the wax melts, it will release its fragrance, allowing you to enjoy the scent. Keep track of the number of wax melts used to achieve your desired fragrance strength. Handle the hot wax and warmer with care to avoid burns.
  • Replace the wax melts when the scent starts to fade or if you want to switch to a different fragrance. Once the wax has cooled and solidified, clean the warmer by wiping it down with a dry cloth to maintain its condition.
  • Once a package is shipped, it usually arrives the following business day unless it’s a Sunday or a public holiday.
  • Deliveries to remote areas in the UAE may require up to two working days to complete.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the candle is unburned, in its original packaging, and in intact condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@amora.ae with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll arrange a courier pickup for your convenience.

A flat return fee of AED 10 will be deducted from your refund amount.
