Candle Care

Answer

Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable material, children and pets.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep the burning candle away from moving air to prevent an unstable flame and smoke.
Store away from sunlight to prevent fading and melting.
Trim the wick to 5mm (1/4” inch) before each burn.
Avoid excessive burn time, no more than 2 hours at a time.

Once a package is shipped, it usually arrives the following business day unless it’s a Sunday or a public holiday.
Deliveries to remote areas in the UAE may require up to two working days to complete.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the candle is unburned, in its original packaging, and in intact condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@amora.ae with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll arrange a courier pickup for your convenience.
A flat return fee of AED 10 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please note: Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.
