Policies

  1. General Policy
    • All candles are handmade — minor imperfections are part of the charm.
    • Variations in texture, shade, or fragrance strength are normal.
  2. Custom Order Policy
    • All custom orders are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
    • Production time is 5–10 days depending on complexity.
    • Colors and fragrances are subject to availability.
  3. Damage / Defects
    • If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
    • We do not offer replacements for damage reported after that window.
    • Melted, broken, or softened candles due to heat or incorrect storage are not eligible for refund.
  4.  Bulk & Event Orders
    • All bulk orders require a 60% advance payment at confirmation
    • The remaining payment is due before dispatch.
    • No refunds or changes once the order is in production.
    • Slight variations in handmade items are normal.
  5. Shipping & Delivery
    • Once a package is shipped, it usually arrives the following business day unless
    • it’s a Sunday or a public holiday. Deliveries to remote areas in the UAE may require up to two working days to complete.
    • Amora is not responsible for courier delays, weather impact, or address
      errors.
