Our handcrafted candles may have slight imperfections, colour variations, and weight differences.

  • Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable material, children and pets.
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Keep the burning candle away from moving air to prevent an unstable flame and smoke.
  • Store away from sunlight to prevent fading and melting.
  • Trim the wick to 5mm (1/4” inch) before each burn.
  • Avoid excessive burn time, no more than 2 hours at a time.
  • Once a package is shipped, it usually arrives the following business day unless it’s a Sunday or a public holiday.
  • Deliveries to remote areas in the UAE may require up to two working days to complete.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the candle is unburned, in its original packaging, and in intact condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@amora.ae with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll arrange a courier pickup for your convenience.

A flat return fee of AED 10 will be deducted from your refund amount.
